We recently completed a comprehensive geotechnical investigation to support a new 166+ lot residential community development on Euston Road, Glenvale.
Our team carried out broad site assessments across three areas of the development. We provided essential geotechnical services that informed project feasibility, assisted with securing development approval and informed early design phase considerations.
Handled by one of our Senior Geotechnical Engineers, we undertook a detailed site and slope assessment, borehole drilling, DCP testing as well as soil sample collection and laboratory tests to identify soil characteristics. Our work plays a vital role in guiding each development, supporting a safe and sustainable design approach.
